Technology has provided us with endless opportunities. At times it feels like a little too many.
Finding time to review manual processes and work on automating seems impossible as you deal
with among the daily challenges of managing a business. Then you need to identify the best apps
to seamlessly automate the process. Finally as you automate and implemented new technology
your teams accountabilities must be reviewed.
A lot of effort is required. You need to know you are focusing on the items that will provide the best

Choosing the right one, identifying the key features is a challenge. Then you must test, implement
and train your team and clients. Streamlining your apps means focusing on a few that will deliver.
Its about reviewing each app regularly to ensure it is still delivering on your key needs. Its also
about knowing which features are the ones best suited to your business. Streamlining apps and
removing those out of date will lead to greater efficiencies.
Team and Client Accountabilities - as your process and software/apps change so do the roles of
your team and clients. You can’t keep doing things the same way if your processes are now
automated and new apps have been implemented. Streamlining team and clients accountabilities
must occur so that everyone is clear on how to delivery agreed tasks. The upside is while the
accountabilities are different they are often simpler, leading to greater productivity and growth.
