I recognise and understands the feelings of anxiety, distress and concern many people may be experiencing in relation to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As we begin to adjust to this new norm at home, in our place or work and within our community we need to build resilience.

Our teams are now all working from home, changing the way a business operates. Providing challenges to productivity and team motivation. We may be feeling disconnected or lacking control and not sure how to cope. These feelings are all real and as a leader, manager or employee we now need to learn how to manage and adapt.

As a speaker for Beyond Blue and trainer to small business I have now seen the importance of communication and staying connected. Being open and honest and providing continuous support during these challenging times.

To assist I have 3 sessions available to you, your teams and your customers. All online and available at your convenience depending on availability.
